Since 2014, when Oxygono registered as an association in the Republic of Cyprus, its annual revenue has not exceeded €40.000. Therefore, neither with the previous nor with the new legislation (Law on Associations and Institutions of 2017) has there been an obligation from the legislation for auditing the accounts by an approved auditor. Nevertheless, in the interest of total transparency, we have appointed independent auditors (Ernst & Young) to oversee the organisation's financial statements.
