Cyprus Forum

The Cyprus Forum is an annual conference that takes place every year on the first weekend of October, with 2020 set as its landmark launch year, marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Cyprus. The Cyprus Forum works closely with civil society, public organisations, businesses, mass media and other important actors, with a special focus on the citizen. It collaborates with academics, politicians, businessmen, activists and other leading experts, both in Cyprus and internationally, with the aim of discussing, exchanging and forming opinions on key issues affecting public policy in Cyprus and internationally. The forum also attempts to exert positive pressure in order to achieve the necessary reforms resulting from the discussions, to influence national and regional agendas and to promote sustainable and socially responsible policies for Cyprus and the wider Eastern Mediterranean region.
