The Procedural Law Unit at the University of Nicosia was founded in 2019 with the aim of promoting scientific research in procedural law and the dispute resolution mechanisms of private and public law. The research interests of the Procedural Law Unit are not limited to the national borders of Cypriot law, but also explore both national and international developments in procedural law. The Unit organises together with Oxygono and other bodies an annual symposium which aims to promote scientific solutions and exert positive pressure in the field of the administration of justice.
