The Procedural Law Unit at the University of Nicosia, established in 2019, aims to advance scientific research in procedural law and the dispute resolution across both private and public law sectors. Its research extends beyond Cypriot law, encompassing both national and international developments in procedural law. In collaboration with Oxygen for Democracy and other organisations, the Unit hosts an annual symposium that aims to promote innovative scientific solutions and exert positive pressure in the field of the administration of justice.
