Oxygen for Democracy (formerly Oxygono) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation founded in 2014 and based in Cyprus. Its mission is to enhance the policy-making process in the country, making it more participatory, transparent, and scientific. The organisation brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and is governed by a five-member board of directors, a ten-member executive committee, and various advisory bodies.

The organisation does not advocate for a specific viewpoint; rather, it serves as a platform for a range of perspectives to be heard. Oxygen for Democracy’s vision extends beyond those directly involved in its initiatives.
